IYEC in Partnership with the WASH Cluster/UNICEF
As a result of Climate Change, Limbe in the South west region Cameroon is affected with increasing rate of flash Flood and other Natural disasters like Land slide. As a result of these problem IYEC in Partnership with the WASH Cluster and UNICEF Carry out an Assessment to understand the needs of Victims. Following the result of the Assessment, IYEC is implementing a project to Support 110 flood victims on with WASH Kit such as Soaps, Aquataps ,
gallons etc, IYEC also carry out sensitization on Hygiene and Sanitation promotion during distribution of this WASH Kits. In this project 110 Flood victims in the Limbe communities of Motowor, Down beach and Mbomjo have Benefited from this project and IYEC is Lobbying for more funding to continue supporting this Flood and land slide Victims
